Again, if you win, you cross off these two numbers and continue until you reach your goal.
However, if you lose your first bet, then you add your previous stake to the furthest right position in the sequence. In our example, that would be 20, so your sequence would be 15-20-15-10-25-10-5-20 ahead of the second bet. Then, you repeat the process, so your second bet would be ₹35, and so on.
This strategy is based on the Fibonacci sequence, named after the Italian mathematician that developed it. This is a sequence in which each number is the sum of the two numbers that precede it and it looks like this:
