The next draw is scheduled for Tuesday, July 11th.
Remember, to hit the jackpot at Mega Millions, you would have to guess correctly the five white balls, along with the Mega Ball. One ticket that was sold in California had all five white balls guessed correctly, but not the Mega Ball. Still, the prize for that wasn’t too shabby either since the lucky owner of that ticket will take home a $1 million prize.
Powerball Jackpot Grows Too
The other popular lottery game from the US that is available at online lottery sites in India is Powerball and this game is also seeing a rising jackpot at the moment. After no jackpot was drawn on Saturday, the next Powerball jackpot is estimated to reach $650 million or $328.3 million with a cash option. The next Powerball draw is scheduled for today, July 10th.
In the last drawing, three tickets guessed all five white balls correctly, while they failed to guess the red Powerball, which would bring them the jackpot. Still, the consolidation prize is the same as it is for Mega Millions, exactly 1 million dollars, so it’s nothing to scoff at. Those tickets that hit four white numbers and the red Powerball also got solid prizes worth $50.000 each.
